Editorial policy

Last updated:

Astral Acrobatics publishes guides about gymnastics and acrobatics for readers in the UK. This policy sets out how we choose what to cover, how we prepare each guide and what we do when something needs correcting.

Choosing topics

We write about the questions people ask. Topics come from reader messages, common searches and gaps we notice in existing guides. Every guide serves someone trying to understand a technique, prepare for training or decide what direction to take next.

Researching a guide

We check public reference works, sites run by public bodies and recognised organisations in gymnastics and acrobatics. Where possible, a fact is confirmed against more than one source before it goes into a guide. Sources that helped shape an article are listed at the end as further reading, so you can go deeper if you want to.

How we write

Guides are written in plain language. Technical terms are explained the first time they appear. We describe what a skill involves, what makes it harder or easier and what someone learning it should know—without exaggeration and without promising results. The aim is to give you enough detail to make a decision or take a step forward yourself.

Independence

No one pays for placement on this portal. There are no sponsored rankings and nothing is sold to the reader. The editorial team at Astral Acrobatics decides what is published, in what order and with what emphasis. If we mention a resource, a piece of equipment or a training approach, it is because it fits the guide.

Updates and corrections

Guides are reviewed when something significant changes in the discipline or when a reader points out an error. If you spot something wrong, write to [email protected]. Corrections are made without delay, and material updates are noted at the foot of the article where appropriate.

Suggesting a topic

If there is something about gymnastics or acrobatics you would like to see covered, write to the same address. We read every message and add suggested topics to the planning list.

This is an information portal for general guidance only. We do not sell any goods or services.
